Built for disciplined, rules-based accumulation
Raven Quantis started as an internal research tool for tracking entry-timing signals against systematic dollar-cost averaging schedules. It has since become a dedicated decision-support platform.
From internal spreadsheet to structured platform
Raven Quantis began as a way to answer one recurring question: when buying on a fixed schedule, is there a disciplined way to size entries around volatility rather than ignore it entirely? What started as internal rule sets and backtests was gradually formalized into a consistent, repeatable workflow.
Over time that workflow was separated from any single portfolio and rebuilt as a standalone tool — one focused purely on analysis and signal structuring, not on holding or moving funds on anyone's behalf.
- Rule-first approach. Every signal traces back to a documented, testable rule rather than discretionary judgment.
- Narrow scope by design. Raven Quantis focuses on entry-timing and allocation pacing — not predictions, advice, or custody.
- Iterative, not static. Methodology is revisited and refined as market conditions and data quality evolve.
Make systematic entry timing accessible and transparent
Our mission is to give people who already follow a dollar-cost averaging strategy a clearer, more structured way to decide how to pace individual entries — without pretending to forecast markets or promising outcomes we can't control.
We believe decision support should be explainable. Every output Raven Quantis produces is meant to be traceable to a defined rule, a data input, and a stated limitation — not a black box.
We are not a brokerage, a custodian, or a registered investment adviser. Raven Quantis provides analytical tooling only; decisions and execution remain with the user.
What guides how we build
These principles shape the methodology, the interface, and the limits we place on what Raven Quantis claims to do.
Clarity over noise
Signals are presented with their underlying logic, not as unexplained scores.
Defined scope
We focus on entry-timing and pacing analysis — we do not manage funds or place trades.
Documented limitations
Every methodology component includes known constraints and assumptions, stated plainly.
Consistency over reaction
Rules are designed to hold steady through volatility rather than shift with sentiment.
User control
Raven Quantis informs decisions; the user retains full control over whether and how to act.
Ongoing refinement
Methodology is periodically reviewed internally and updated as conditions warrant.
Research & methodology
A small research function maintains the rule sets behind entry-timing signals, runs historical reviews, and documents assumptions and known edge cases.
Platform & data engineering
The engineering side keeps data pipelines, latency, and the interface stable and legible, so signals reach users without unnecessary delay or distortion.
Support & documentation
A support function maintains plain-language documentation of how Raven Quantis works and what it does not do, and answers questions about methodology and scope.
